What began as an initial conversation evolved into six months of detailed planning and coordination, ensuring every element would exceed expectations for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

The couple’s direction was beautifully clear: “Keep it classy, no greens, just pure white premium florals throughout the entire Kimpton resort.” This sophisticated palette created a breathtaking contrast against the tropical paradise setting.

Our Celebrations Wedding Team was thrilled to execute every aspect of this magnificent event. The weekend featured a tropical-inspired welcome reception, followed by an intensive two-day setup that included custom décor installations and bespoke bar table designs.

We sourced exclusive mirror tables and elegant candelabras specifically for this celebration, ensuring each piece perfectly complemented the couple’s aesthetic vision.

One of our most impressive feats? Completely transforming the ceremony setup into reception décor, including relocating ghost chairs, all within a 30-minute window between the wedding ceremony to the reception. Our team’s expertise and precision made this seamless transition look effortless.
