Upon receiving your inquiry we will connect you to one of our lead planners to book in your initial consultation! During this consultation our team will take the time to discover details from event size, scope of work, key elements to make your event stand out and most importantly, the budget!
After our initial consult our planning team will request for you to provide us with an estimated budget for your event(s). This is super important for our team to understand in order to begin the creative process! Once we have an idea of the budget, our team will begin their creative process and either share mood boards prior to an event estimate or jump right into mapping out an event estimate.
Once our estimates or proposals are all ready and sent off, if applicable, we will schedule another call to review the proposals to learn your feedback on what you like, don't like and any other way we can elevate your island event to make it true to the event style! From there we will fine tune the details to get the proposal just right!
After all of the fun work of reviewing event specs and proposal details it is then time to confirm the event to ensure all the items are secure! Events and rentals are not confirmed without a deposit or formal proposal confirmation and all inventory is subject to change! therefore we highly recommend starting the process as soon as you can!
