CELEBRATIONS “ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS” RAFFLE

Eligibility

The Enchanted Christmas Raffle (“the Raffle”) is open to residents of the Cayman Islands aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Celebrations Group Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

Entry Period

The Raffle is open for the duration of the Grand Opening of the Enchanted Christmas Store on Thursday, 8th October, from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM (the “Entry Period”). Guests may register at any point during the Grand Opening. Only entries submitted on Thursday, 8th October will be accepted; entries received on any other day, including Friday, 9th October or Saturday, 10th October, will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

To enter, all guests attending the Grand Opening can enter to win by filling in and signing the official entry form/raffle ticket available at the SPE desk at the entrance during the Entry Period.
No purchase necessary entries.
Each participant may submit one raffle ticket / form entry per person during the Entry Period. Multiple or duplicate entries beyond this limit will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, or improperly submitted entries will be disqualified.

Prizes

There are three prizes available to be won:

Prices are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Gift certificates must be redeemed by 31 December 2026 Certificates not redeemed by this date will expire.
Gift certificates are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the relevant Celebrations brand and are non-refundable for any unused balance.

Prize Draw

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on Monday, October 12.
The draw will be conducted by a representative of Celebrations Group Ltd. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days of the draw.
Winners may also be announced on Shop Celebrations’ social media channels using the name and, where consented to, photograph provided at the time of entry.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first notification attempt, Celebrations reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

General Conditions

Celebrations reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Raffle at any time without prior notice, should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Celebrations reserve the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Celebrations is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical failure, human error, or any cause outside its reasonable control.
Standard delivery and installation charges apply for décor rentals.
For flower arrangements, standard delivery charges apply.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal information collected as part of an entry (such as name, phone number, and email address) will be used only to administer the Raffle and to notify winners, in accordance with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act (2021 Revision) and Celebrations’ Privacy Policy.
Where a participant separately consents, their name and photograph may also be used for marketing purposes related to the Raffle, such as a winner announcement on social media.
Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting marketing1@celebrationsltd.com
Entry information will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil the prize or as required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebrations Group Ltd. accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Raffle or from acceptance or use of a prize.
